Amalgamated Warbasse Houses, Inc. is a New York State Mitchell-Lama cooperative. To place your name on the waiting list at Warbasse for an apartment, you must apply through a lottery. This is only held when the cooperative is in need of a new waiting list. Presently, all of our waiting lists are closed.
When Warbasse is in need of opening a new waiting list, an article with instructions on how to apply will be listed in the real-estate section of various New York newspapers.
